Who We Are

Little Seeds & Peter Pan Schools are trusted early childhood education providers serving families in Alameda County through three locations: Little Seeds Children’s Center, Peter Pan Academy, and Peter Pan Preschool. Founded in 1980, we are an independent, year-round preschool community offering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children from infancy through Pre-Kindergarten.

At Little Seeds & Peter Pan Schools in Alameda, our mission is to provide a nurturing, play-based educational foundation where every child is valued as a unique individual. We cultivate curiosity, resilience, and empathy within a diverse and inclusive community, preparing children to grow into compassionate, confident, and engaged learners who contribute positively to the world around them.

Teachers & Staff

Our school is supported by a family of 35 dedicated teachers and staff, and we are proud that many of them have been with us for an average of 15 years. This long-standing commitment means your child is surrounded by familiar, caring faces every day. All educators participate in regular CPA & First Aid training and strictly adhere to CDSS guidelines to maintain current certifications. Furthermore, few of our team members also hold Bachelor's degrees in Child Education. It is this blend of passion, experience, and continuity that allows us to build deep, trusted relationships with every family.
