Little Seeds Children’s Center

Sarah Hallford is the Director of Little Seeds Children’s Center. She has her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has had over 15 years experience as a teacher, 10 of which was as the Pre-K Teacher here at Little Seeds.

“I have wanted to be a teacher since the third grade. I cannot imagine a life without being around children. My philosophy is that children need to be able to play; play allows children to take risks, learn more about themselves and others, enjoy open ended exploration, and gives them the ability to make and trust their own choices. The best feeling in life is watching a child have an “Ah-ha!” moment and if I can help foster, and scaffold a child achieve that, then I am truly rich.”

I have had the privilege of serving as the Director of Peter Pan Academy for over 35 years, a role I truly love and cherish. My passion is creating a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment where every child feels valued, supported, and excited to learn each day. I deeply believe that strong, trusting relationships with families are essential to a child’s success, and I take pride in building long-lasting partnerships with parents.

I am incredibly proud of the positive, caring culture we have built in the part 35 years of my tenure at Peter Pan Academy. My vision is to uphold the highest safety standards while thoughtfully weaving a high-quality, play-based curriculum that nurtures curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Caring for children during their most important early years is both my responsibility and my greatest joy in life.
